Lectured at the University of Leeds “Finally… Life in a digital Agency”

I gave a lecture to the some Masters students on the 21st Feb basically showing them all the crazy shit I did to try and get noticed by agencies and the way I approached it, along with how I finally got into an Agency and what to expect. So I find as you get more experienced with the web, identity, logo, advertising and all things graphic design you start to realize that ‘simple’ is usually the most effective. So I decided to stop with the graphic imagery driven portfolio websites and go clean and simple, after all they say the best thing to show off an image is on a nice clean white background. Communication and Media

Communication Media in the world Media and communication throughout the world is vast, differs in many ways and is constantly evolving. A reading of both professional journals and current literature would suggest that these forms of media and communication seem to be the most accepted and thus successful types of communication: Print; Radio; Television; Direct Marketing; Ambient; and the Internet. These forms each have their advantages but also there disadvantages, whilst some being stronger and more effective than others in the communication and media world.
