2) Allow the screen access to your camera (If your using MAC and the screen doesn't show anything i.e a blank white screen, then you need to right click on the same spot as where the 'allow / deny camera access box appeared' go to settings then select the little camera icon and make sure 'USB is selected for the connection' or try an alternative connection if that does not work.
